Modernized e-File
The Delaware Division of Revenue is currently developing systems to support the IRS Modernized e-File program (MeF). The documents below are intended for software developers who are implementing support for Delaware's forms under MeF. We are currently accepting Corporate Returns and S Corp returns. Testing for PIT returns is in progress and we expect to start production in March 2012. Testing for Partnership MeF should commence in summer 2012.
