• 2007 State of Delaware Personal Income Tax is due April 30, 2008. File Your 2007 Delaware Tax Return Online
• 2007 State Income Tax Schedule
• Paper forms will not be delivered to the following locations - Get Paper Forms - until the first week of February, 2008. A delivery date will be posted at that time. You may also obtain Personal Income Tax Forms and Business Tax Forms on our website.
BUSINESS TAX
Business Licenses
• 2008 Online Gross Receipts Tax Filing is now available! To file online, visit www.grossreceiptstax.delaware.gov.
• 2008 Business License Renewal Forms were mailed to all registered business licensees on Friday, November 30, 2007. If you have not received your business license renewal form, you can renew your 2008 Business License online or contact our Business Master File department at (302) 577-8778.
• Renew your 2008 Business License online. You do not need to wait until you receive your renewal form to use this feature. To renew online you will need your 2007 business license, your federal employer identification or social security number and a credit card to make the payment. After submitting your renewal, a temporary license will be produced for you to print. A one or three year license will be mailed to you within 30 days.
• Senior citizens meeting specific criteria are eligible for a 75% reduction in the annual fee of their Delaware business license. For more information, please visit our Senior Citizen Discount page.
