Report Tax Fraud
If you suspect someone is committing tax fraud, you can fight back by contacting the Criminal Investigation Unit via email or calling our confidential TAX FRAUD HOTLINE at (302) 577-8958.
We would be interested in obtaining all the information you may know about the subject, including:
Name
Address
Possible unreported income
Place of employment
Assets
Financial institutions utilized
Uses of unreported income

Report Fraud by a Business, Contractor or Landlord
If you have a complaint about a business, contractor or landlord, you should contact the Delaware Attorney General's Office at (302) 577-8600 or visit their online Consumer Complaints page.
Report Fraud in State Government
If you have evidence of fraud, waste, or abuse in State of Delaware Government, you should call 1-800-55-FRAUD or visit the Delaware Auditor's Fraud, Waste and Abuse page.
